개인정보처리방침

1. 방침의 범위 · Scope

오다모라(이하 “서비스”)는 사주를 바탕으로 한 자기성찰 콘텐츠와 온라인 공간을 제공합니다. 이 방침은 odamora.com에서 개인정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하고 보호하는지 설명합니다. 서비스를 운영하는 오다모라 제작자가 개인정보처리자입니다.

Odamora (the “Service”) provides Korean saju-inspired reflection content and online spaces. This policy explains how personal data is handled at odamora.com. The Odamora creator is the data controller.

2. 처리하는 정보와 목적 · Data and purposes

• Google 로그인: Google 고유 계정 식별자와 공개 프로필 이름을 받아 로그인, 계정 구분 및 세션 유지에 사용합니다. 식별자는 서비스 내부에서 해시 처리합니다. 이메일, 연락처, Google Drive 등의 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
• 기본정보 및 페르소나: 이용자가 입력한 별명, 생년월일·시간, 양력/음력, 성별, 출생 국가, 거주 국가, 관계 상태 및 캐릭터 설정을 사주 계산, 맞춤 보고서, 이름표와 계정 동기화에 사용합니다. 저장을 선택한 로그인 이용자의 정보만 계정 서버에 보관합니다.
• 서비스 활동: 출석, 엽전 획득 기록, 연등, 사주펫, 추천인 및 방문 기록을 해당 기능 제공과 중복 지급 방지에 사용합니다. 베타 엽전 잔액·보고서 열람권 등 일부 항목은 브라우저에만 저장됩니다.
• 커뮤니티: 방 입장 중 위치·동작·공개 이름표를 같은 공간의 이용자에게 전달합니다. 궁합 수신에 동의한 동안에만 두 사람의 기본정보가 실시간 계산에 사용됩니다. 즉석 채팅 본문은 데이터베이스나 계정에 저장하지 않으며 화면에 최근 메시지 하나가 최대 약 12초 표시됩니다.
• 물병편지와 피드백: 선택한 문구, 보낸 이름 및 카드형 물병편지는 공유 링크 제공을 위해 최대 30일 보관합니다. 로그인 피드백은 계정 식별자, 분류, 본문, 처리 상태 및 답변과 함께 최대 90일 보관합니다.
• 안전과 진단: 고정된 화면 경로, 오류 코드, 횟수, 요청 번호와 배포 버전을 장애 대응에 사용하며 최대 30일 보관합니다. 요청 제한에는 원본 IP 대신 서버 비밀키로 변환한 식별자를 사용합니다.
• 웹 이용 정보: 세션 쿠키, 브라우저 저장소와 쿠키를 사용하지 않는 Vercel Web Analytics의 집계형 페이지 방문 정보를 서비스 운영·개선에 사용합니다.

English summary: We use a hashed Google account identifier and public profile name for sign-in; user-provided birth/profile data for chart calculations and optional account sync; activity records to provide village features; short-lived presence data for multiplayer rooms; letters for up to 30 days; signed-in feedback for up to 90 days; and limited diagnostics for up to 30 days. We do not request Google email, contacts, or Drive access. Instant chat text is not stored in a database.

3. Google 사용자 데이터 · Google user data

서비스가 Google에서 받는 정보는 openid profile 범위의 고유 식별자와 공개 프로필 이름뿐입니다. 로그인과 계정 표시 이외의 광고, 판매, 신용평가 또는 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않으며, 법령상 요구되거나 서비스 제공에 필요한 처리업체를 제외하고 제3자에게 판매·공유하지 않습니다.

The Service receives only the unique identifier and public profile name within the openid profile scope. Google user data is used only for authentication and account display. It is not sold or used for advertising, credit decisions, or AI training, and is not shared except with processors needed to operate the Service or where required by law.

4. 보관 기간과 삭제 · Retention and deletion

로그인 세션 쿠키의 유효기간은 최대 60일입니다. 계정 기본정보와 캐릭터는 이용자가 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. 계정 설정의 삭제 기능은 서버의 계정 정보, 펫과 해당 계정에 연결된 활동 기록을 삭제합니다. 보안상 중복 혜택 방지에 필요한 비식별 장부 식별자는 남을 수 있습니다. 로그아웃은 계정 삭제가 아닙니다.

기기 브라우저에 저장된 엽전, 구매 이력, 설정 등은 계정 삭제와 별개이므로 브라우저 사이트 데이터 삭제를 통해 지울 수 있습니다. 법령상 보존 의무 또는 분쟁 대응이 필요한 경우에는 그 범위와 기간 동안 별도로 보관할 수 있습니다.

Session cookies last up to 60 days. Synced profile and character data is retained until account deletion. Deleting an account removes its server profile, pet and linked activity records; non-identifying anti-duplicate ledger identifiers may remain for security. Device-only data must be cleared using browser site-data controls. Legal retention obligations may override these periods.

5. 처리업체와 국외 처리 · Processors and international handling

서비스 운영을 위해 Google(인증), Vercel(웹 호스팅·집계 분석), Cloudflare(실시간 공간·계정 데이터 처리), Resend(운영 알림 이메일)를 이용합니다. AI 기반 보고서 기능이 활성화된 경우에는 이용자가 요청한 보고서를 만들기 위해 사주 입력에서 계산된 정보와 요청 내용을 AI 서비스 제공자에게 전송할 수 있습니다. 이 업체들은 각자의 인프라 소재지에서 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 오다모라는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위로 처리를 제한합니다.

We use Google for authentication, Vercel for web hosting and aggregate analytics, Cloudflare for real-time rooms and account processing, and Resend for operational email. If AI-generated reporting is enabled, chart-derived information and the requested report context may be sent to an AI provider solely to produce that report. Providers may process data in their infrastructure regions.

6. 이용자의 권리 · Your choices and rights

계정 설정에서 기본정보와 페르소나를 열람·수정하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 궁합 정보 공유, 이름표 표시와 실시간 기능은 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 또는 동의 철회를 요청하려면 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요. 법정대리인은 관계를 확인할 수 있는 자료와 함께 만 14세 미만 이용자의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

You can view or edit Basic Info and Persona, disable optional sharing, and delete your account in Account Settings. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent using the contact below. A verified legal guardian may exercise a child’s rights where applicable.

7. 보호 조치와 유의사항 · Security

전송구간 암호화, 서명된 보안 쿠키, 내부 식별자 해시, 접근 통제와 요청 제한 등 합리적인 보호조치를 적용합니다. 다만 어떤 전송·저장 방식도 절대적으로 안전할 수는 없습니다. 즉석 대화는 서버에 저장하지 않지만 다른 이용자가 화면을 캡처하거나 별도로 기록하는 것까지 막을 수는 없습니다.

We use HTTPS, signed secure cookies, hashed internal identifiers, access controls and rate limits. No system can guarantee absolute security, and other users may capture content displayed in real-time rooms.

8. 아동 · Children

만 14세 미만 이용자는 법정대리인의 동의와 도움 없이 계정에 개인정보를 저장하지 마세요. 동의 없이 아동 정보가 수집되었다고 판단되면 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

Children under 14 should not save personal data to an account without a legal guardian’s consent and assistance. Please contact us to request deletion if such data was provided without appropriate consent.
